Box Configuration	The company’s reefer box is manufactured using a hydraulic suction and molding production line, achieving national Class A insulation standards. The inner material is the latest nano-glass fiber reinforced plastic (non-reflective, good heat insulation, strong hardness, anti-oxidation). The middle insulation layer is XPS extruded polystyrene board or PUR polyurethane board, the standard box thickness is 80mm, and the door thickness is 80mm. The entire box is sealed with resin adhesive. The box frame is supported by rust-resistant channel steel, and the perimeter of the box is edged with aluminum alloy, with stainless steel corners. LED night lighting is installed inside the box, and LED width indicator lights are installed at the four corners. It comes with rear double doors (Stainless steel-edged, stainless steel lock components and hinges), and optional side doors. The rear is equipped with anti-collision rubber blocks, using EPDM rubber sealing strips, and 3M reflective adhesive plates.
